The Challenge: Lakefront Wind & Heavy Snow Accumulation
The homeowner was experiencing severe granule loss from 15-year-old 3-tab shingles, as well as minor water staining along dormer intersections where standard aluminum valley flashings had oxidized and buckled under winter ice loads.
