3. **Custom 16oz Cold-Rolled Copper Valleys**: Hand-bent and installed heavy 16-ounce copper valley liners and chimney step flashings, offering lifetime corrosion protection and a classic patina finish over time.

4. **GAF Timberline HDZ Architectural Shingles**: Installed high-definition architectural shingles in *Charcoal Black* utilizing LayerLock technology and Dual-Phase mechanical fastening for maximum wind resistance ratings.

5. **Ridge Venting & Attic Airflow Balancing**: Fitted Cobra continuous ridge vents to ensure proper attic heat extraction, preventing winter frost buildup and lowering attic temperatures in summer.
